Order Cancellation Policy

Applerok is committed to fulfilling orders quickly and reliably. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled, the effect of shipping and tracking status on cancellations, and refund timelines.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled by the purchaser only while the order is still in our processing queue and prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped or a tracking number has been generated and assigned, the order cannot be cancelled through the Applerok website.

Important: If a tracking number has been assigned to your shipment, cancellation is no longer available. In that case please follow our Returns and Refunds procedure once you receive the item.

Shipping Insurance and Cancellation Protection

Purchasing shipping insurance at checkout is the most reliable way to protect your purchase against loss, damage, delay, or a change of mind. Shipping insurance may provide reimbursement or replacement in accordance with the insurer’s terms and conditions. If you choose shipping insurance and need to cancel after carrier pickup, contact the insurance provider directly and notify Applerok Support for assistance.

Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation is accepted prior to shipment, Applerok will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 10–14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable and are charged by the courier/carrier. If an order is cancelled before shipment, any shipping charges already paid will not be refunded by Applerok unless the carrier or insurer provides reimbursement. Charges assessed by the courier are subject to the courier’s policies and are outside Applerok’s control.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Log in to your Applerok account and navigate to Orders to request cancellation for eligible orders.
  • Alternatively, contact Applerok Support at help@applerokstore.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • If the order has already shipped or a tracking number exists, support will provide return instructions once the item is delivered.

Return after Shipment

If your order cannot be cancelled because it has already shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy (see Returns & Refunds). Returned items must meet applicable return conditions and be received by Applerok before a refund is issued, subject to inspection and our return guidelines.
