At Applerok, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in our refund process. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary, and our goal is to ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer. Please review the following details carefully to understand our refund procedures and timelines.

Refund Processing Times: Refunds for credit and debit card transactions typically take between 10 to 14 business days to reflect back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times. For cash refunds, please allow up to 21 business days for the refund to be reissued in the form of a check. Refunds made to eCheck payments will be processed within 14 to 21 business days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as modern digital wallets such as Google Wallet and Apple Pay. Please note that the refund will always be returned to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: All shipping and handling fees are strictly non-refundable. These charges cannot be credited back to the customer under any circumstances, including cases where the customer returns an item or requests a cancellation after shipment has been processed. Shipping costs are used to cover carrier expenses and third-party fulfillment charges which are outside of our control.

Damaged, Missing, or Stolen Packages: In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, missing, or stolen during transit, please reach out to us immediately so that we can open an investigation with our fulfillment and shipping partners. Upon verification, we will issue either a full refund or a partial refund, depending on the nature of the loss or damage. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair and timely resolution.

Important Notes: Refunds will not be initiated until the original product has been received and inspected (if applicable). Refund eligibility is determined based on the condition of the item returned, verification of payment, and compliance with our return policy. Applerok reserves the right to deny refunds if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violations of our terms are detected.
