Our operations leverage AI-based marketing, exit-intent optimization, and secure data infrastructure to ensure a seamless marketplace experience comparable in sophistication to global marketplaces like Amazon Marketplace and Reebelo.

- Payment and Transaction Data: transaction history, payment reference IDs, product serial numbers, and refund records.
- Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser details, cookies, and log files.
- Location Data: approximate location for shipping, pricing, and compliance.
- Sensitive Data: verification IDs, AI-derived behavioral insights, and communication metadata where legally permitted.
3. Derivative and Analytical Data
We also create derivative data through automated analysis, such as:
- Behavioral engagement metrics and session mapping.
- Predictive analytics and AI-generated user interest profiles.
- Aggregate statistics used for performance tracking and fraud detection.

7. Payment Terms, Fraud Prevention, and Enforcement
By placing an order, you agree to our payment policy. You are responsible for all order charges including taxes and fees. Payment errors may cause delay or cancellation. We use Beacon software and AI-based fraud detection tools to review transactions. Suspicious transactions may be flagged and delayed pending manual verification.
Violations include unreturned items after refund requests, fraudulent or unauthorized card use, and invalid payment attempts. Users who violate these terms may have their accounts suspended and incur a $500 administrative fee for recovery costs. Applerok may provide documented evidence of fraud suspensions upon request.
8. Chargebacks and Collections
Chargebacks or reversed payments initiated without valid cause may be referred to a collections agency. Users are responsible for any resulting administrative and legal costs.
9. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Delivery
We use independent third-party carriers. Delivery delays caused by carriers or customs are outside Applerok’s control.
Returns
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items must be reported immediately. A verified return authorization is required before processing refunds or replacements.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated immediately upon approval but may take 10–14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Refunds are not expedited for unreturned or late-returned items; such refunds may experience longer timelines due to verification procedures.
10. Selling or Disclosing Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA)
Applerok does not sell personal information for monetary gain. However, some integrations may qualify as “selling” or “sharing” under U.S. privacy laws. Examples include:
- Affiliate and analytics partnerships using pseudonymized IDs.
- Email and CRM integration tools for campaign automation.
- Fraud detection vendors and secure payment verification networks.
- Advertising networks optimizing non-identifiable behavioral data.
