Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your package leaves our warehouse, Applerok is not responsible for shipping delays, damage in transit, or carrier-related issues. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly with the provided tracking number for updates or assistance regarding delivery problems.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, refund, or exchange, only the cost of the product will be eligible for refund (subject to our Return Policy). The original shipping cost paid at checkout will not be refunded.

International Orders
