Applerok — Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Applerok purchase. This page explains our return requirements, timelines, and how refunds are handled. Please read carefully — timely returns are critically important.

Return eligibility & window

  • We accept returns within 90 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in the condition described in your return authorization. Packaging and included accessories should be returned when possible.
  • Exceptions: Certain clearance or customized items may be final sale — if that applies it will be stated at purchase.

Restocking fee & damaged/stolen items

Our standard restocking fee is 5.5%. If an item is damaged in transit or reported stolen, we will make an exception and issue a return label on our end so you are not charged the restocking fee.

We do not add restocking charges directly to your payment method — the fee will simply be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return process & timeline

  1. Request a return: Contact us at help@applerokstore.com or call (833) 486-3692 to request an RMA and label.
  2. Label issued: When we send a return label, you have 10 days to drop off / return the package using that label.
  3. Courier delivery confirmation: Refunds are only issued after the courier marks the return as delivered on the tracking page.
  4. Processing time: Once the courier shows delivery, returns take 2–4 business days to process and for the refund to appear on your account (processing time may vary by payment provider).

Note: Any delays that occur during the return shipment (late drop-off, transit delays, missed scans, etc.) may affect when your refund is processed.

Refunds & late returns

  • Refunds will not be issued until the return is marked delivered by the courier.
  • If you return after the 10-day label window, a late-return fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking fee (5.5%) — when applicable — will be deducted from the refund amount. We will not charge your card separately for restocking.
  • If an item is confirmed damaged in transit or stolen and we issued the label for you, the restocking fee will be waived.

Quick tips to avoid problems

  • Return the package as soon as you receive the label — ideally the same day.
  • Keep the tracking number and monitor the courier tracking page until delivery is confirmed.
