Applerok (“Applerok,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing a secure, fair, and transparent payment process for all customers. This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed, what methods we accept, and how we handle fraud prevention and account verification.

Payment Methods

We do not charge any additional fees for payments made through our online checkout system.

Payment Timing

All payments are due at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been successfully received and verified by our system.

Cash or Apple Cash Payments

We accept cash or Apple Cash payments through a verified method. Please note that for any orders paid by cash, items will not be shipped until the payment has been fully verified and deposited into our account. Verification times may vary depending on the method used.

Payments by Phone

Customers may pay by phone through a verified Applerok billing agent. During this process, you will be required to consent to a one-time use authorization, allowing Applerok to charge your card for the verified transaction. A $5 convenience fee will apply to card payments processed by phone for administrative and verification purposes.

Saved Payment Methods

Applerok does not save or store your payment method or card details unless you explicitly request us to do so for recurring or future orders. Any stored information is encrypted and managed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards through our third-party processor.

Fraud Screening and Account Security

We reserve the right to screen all payments for potential fraud or suspicious activity. If a transaction triggers a security or risk alert, Applerok may temporarily freeze the associated account while verifying the authenticity of the payment and user identity.

In the event that your account becomes frozen due to suspected fraud or misuse for paid merchandise, a $500 frozen account fee may be applied to cover administrative review, investigation, and processing costs.

Payment Processing and Communication

All payments made on Applerok are facilitated by secure, non-affiliated third-party payment processors. These processors handle transaction encryption, card authorization, and financial settlement on our behalf. All payment data transmitted between you and Applerok is secured using SSL encryption and advanced tokenization to prevent unauthorized access.

Communication related to payment confirmation, receipts, or verification requests will be sent from official Applerok channels only. Always verify that payment-related messages originate from an official Applerok domain.
