We aim to make checkout simple — select your preferred method at checkout. If you choose the cash-at-retailer option, you'll get a barcode or unique code to present at the participating store.

What payment methods does Applerok accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Applerok gift cards/store credit, and cash payments at participating retail locations (similar to Amazon Cash).

How do I pay with PayPal?

Choose PayPal at checkout, sign in to your PayPal account, and confirm the payment. You may use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or a card connected to PayPal.

Can I pay with a credit or debit card?

Yes — enter your card number, expiry, and CVV at checkout. You can also save a card to your Applerok account for faster checkout; saved cards are stored securely as tokens (not raw card numbers).

How does the cash-at-retailer option work?

Select the cash option at checkout to receive a barcode or payment code. Take that code to a participating retailer, pay with cash to the cashier, and we’ll mark your order paid once the retailer confirms receipt.

Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

No. Applerok does not charge hidden fees. You’ll see item price, any taxes, and shipping (if applicable) before you complete your purchase.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds generally process within 10–14 business days. If the refund is for an item returned to us, processing can take 14–21 business days to complete (this accounts for returns processing and bank/card network timings).

Will Applerok authorize more than the order total on my card?

No. Unlike hotels or some restaurants, Applerok does not place pre-authorization holds for amounts higher than your order total.

Do you store my card information?

We can save a tokenized version of your card for faster checkout if you opt in. We do not store full card numbers on our servers and use industry-standard encryption and tokenization.

Can I use an Applerok gift card or store credit?

Yes — gift cards and store credit can be applied at checkout. If they don’t cover the full amount, you may use another accepted payment method to cover the remainder.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If a payment is declined, verify your card details, billing address, and available funds. Try another card or payment method, or contact your bank if you believe the decline was in error. You can also contact Applerok support for help.

Will I be charged sales tax?

When required by law, sales tax is applied at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase. Tax rates depend on the shipping address and applicable local tax laws.

Do you accept international cards and currencies?

We accept many international cards. Prices may be displayed in your local currency where supported, but banks may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees — check with your card issuer.

Can I get a partial refund?

Yes. If only part of your order is returned or adjusted, we will issue a partial refund for the relevant items and any related taxes/shipping adjustments.

How will the refund appear on my statement?

Refunds usually appear as a credit from Applerok or the payment processor. The exact wording depends on your card issuer; allow a few business days after we issue the refund for it to appear.

Payment security & fraud protection
We use encryption, tokenization, and third-party payment processors that follow PCI DSS standards. If we detect suspicious activity we may temporarily block a transaction and contact you to verify. Never share your full password or CVV in email or chat.
