No. Applerok is not directly affiliated with Apple. We operate as an independent, third-party, white-glove reseller and service provider.
2. Are any of the devices new?
Most devices are preowned and certified, but we also offer brand new and 'like-new' devices when available. Each listing clearly states the condition.
3. Are your devices unlocked?
Yes — all devices sold by Applerok are unlocked for U.S. carriers.
4. Do you accept international orders?

15. Do your products come with a warranty?
