1. Is shipping insurance required?

No, shipping insurance is optional and can be added during checkout for extra protection.

3. How long is free shipping?

No, currently Applerok only ships within the United States and U.S. territories.

11. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. Larger items may require a physical street address.
