Warranty & Return FAQs

1. How long do I have to make a return?

After you receive your products, you have 180 days to request a return and 10 days to return a product once a return is in progress and a label has been issued.

2. Will I have to pay for the return costs?

Generally, no. However, we may deduct some of the final refund depending on shipping costs.

3. Will a return be accepted after 10 days of a label being issued and it being late?

Generally no. After 10 business days, your return is considered late. It may still be accepted, but a refund usually would not be issued.

4. How much is the restocking fee?

It can be anywhere from 5–10% depending on your situation, location, and return reason.

5. What items are non-returnable?

Customized products, final sale items, and items damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.

6. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order separately.

7. How do I start a return?

Contact our support team at help@applerokstore.com or call us at (833) 486-3692. You’ll receive instructions and a return label if your return is approved.

8. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

9. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

10. Do you offer warranties on your products?

Yes, most of our products come with a 1-year limited warranty. Please refer to the product page or contact support for specific warranty details.
